He’s pretty clever for a young guy and funny too. He’s always making people laugh – putting on voices and singing songs and telling stories. He’s standing in front of a big mural all the young fellas painted a few weeks ago. It turned out really good and everyone likes it. They made it with the art centre. Hayley Coulthard Untitled, 2019 Digital print on cotton rag 29.0 x 42.2 cm $150 Edition of 10 This is West of Hermannsburg, 8 Mile Outstation. People from outstation love Mt Sonder, even little kids. We love to look at Mt Sonder and in the red sandhills we go looking for bush flower ‘lupa’. Kids love ‘lupa’ flower and parkeelya flowers. They pick them up from sand hills and outstation. All the little kids are taking them back to plant them and grow them up. My grandmother showed me how to put them in my hair and around my neck to make a necklace, that is why I’m showing my nieces. Henry Farmer Bob Gibson painting at Docker River, 2019 Digital print on cotton rag 38.5 x 57.8 cm $200 Edition of 10 Henry’s image is of fellow artist, Bob Gibson.
